Severely disfigured in an accident as a child, Cuban cyclist Damian Lopez Alfonso, 34, dreams of competing at the highest levels in the Paralympics. In 2011 a group of cyclists from New York and beyond raised enough money to bring him to New York City to get prosthetics and reconstructive surgery to help him achieve that dream.
