SIEM REAP, CAMBODIA (03/27/2023) - Pai Tun, 36, and his wife Nhoung Oeuy, 37, both "differently abled" live in a home in rural Siem Reap that was constructed to meet the needs of the chair-bound couple. They have a toilet located in the home and everyday features such as windows, ramps and door knobs have great improved their lives. Here, Pai Tun and Nhoung Oeuy make their living running a small provisions store that they built in a building connected to their home.
